Start off  your Halloween season right with this early happening party. Hosted by the New Orleans Healing Center under the art director Sallie Ann Glassman & company; come for the 9th annual Halloween Costume party and fundraiser. It offers it all.

In their own words The Anba Dlo Halloween Festival and Water Symposium is “FREE and open to the general public. Now in its 9th year, Anba Dlo, in partnership with A Studio In the Woods, a program of Tulane University, and Mama Maji is unique as a one-of-a-kind, costumed, interactive community festival that celebrates the multicultural and artistic heritage of New Orleans. It is a wonderful kick-off event to the upcoming Halloween celebrations across New Orleans.”
